Had a positive experience with Dr. Irina Shiyan – she's excellent. However, there was an issue with the staff messing up my order by selecting the wrong frame. This seems to be an ongoing problem, and as a result, I won't be receiving my glasses for another two weeks. When I requested a receipt for the order over the phone, they emailed me the same receipt for the incorrect order. In an attempt to fix the problem, they re-ordered the same frame that was initially wrong. During a follow-up call, the staff offered a refund to resolve the issue on their end, but it felt careless, especially considering I still need the correct glasses. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the situation remains unresolved.

Everything was explained clearly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I also felt no pressure to buy anything which was very refreshing - it was all about what was best for me and my eyes.
